After 48 Hours: Once this period has passed, cancellations are not accepted, as each piece of jewelry is custom-prepared with care.

Mismatched Design: If the jewelry you receive does not match the design displayed on our website.

Damaged Product: If your jewelry arrives damaged during shipping or handling.

Jewelry Modifications & Customization

We understand that preferences may change:

After Delivery: Customers may request modifications (such as changing the stone size, diamond cut, or other jewelry specifications) after receiving their order.

Costs: The customer will cover return shipping costs and any modification charges.

No Post-Receipt Cancellations

Final Sale: Once your jewelry order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Important: Please inspect your lab-grown diamond jewelry immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues such as damage, wrong size, or design mismatch.
